He oversaw strategic contract negotiations for critical components such as 5G wireless chipsets for Apple products with multi-year pricing and supply roadmap. Shao now works as the Senior Director of Advisory and Solutions at Zip, offering procurement best-practice advice to Zip customers that further enhances their end-to-end procure-to-pay experience. Shao is based in Sunnyvale, California and is a passionate fan of Arsenal Football Club.
